(UKR/263) Draft Order of the  Ministry  of  Health  of  Ukraine  "On  Approval  of  the  Procedure  for  Submission Information on Cosmetic Products"; (13 page(s), in Ukrainian)

- 주요내용 :The draft Order provides for the approval of the the Procedure for submission information on cosmetic products.The draft Orderis developed to establish the mechanism for submitting information on cosmetic products and the procedure for the formation and maintenance of the Electronic System of submitting information on cosmetic products.The  draft  Order  is  also  developed  in  accordance  with  paragraph  31  of  the  Technical Regulation on cosmetic products approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 65 of 20 January 2021 and Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products.Cosmetic products placed on the Ukrainian market shall be safe for human health under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use. Information on cosmetic products in the  Electronic  System  shall  certify  the  absence  of  prohibited  constituents  of  cosmetic products for use.
