| 주요내용(한글) | 미 식품의약국 (FDA 또는 기관)은 일반 의약품(OTC)인 자외선 차단 의약품에 대해 최종 보고서(final momograph)의 효력을 발생시키기 위해 이 규칙안을 공표한다. 이 규칙안은 OTC인 자외선 차단 모노그래프 제품이 일반적으로 안전하고 효과적이며(GRASE) 부정표시 의약품에 해당되지 않는 조건에 대해 설명하고 있다. 이 규칙안은 OTC인 의약품에 대한 FDA의 지속적인 검토 활동의 일부로 공표된 것이다. 또한 이 규칙안은 자외선 차단제 혁신법(SIA)에 의해 개정된 연방 식품·의약품·화장품법 (FD & C Act)을 준수하기 위해 공표되었다. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 주요내용(영문) | The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or Agency) is issuing this proposed rule to put into effect a final monograph for nonprescription, over-the-counter (OTC) sunscreen drug products. This proposed rule describes the conditions under which FDA proposes that OTC sunscreen monograph products are generally recognized as safe and effective (GRASE) and not misbranded. It is being published as part of the ongoing review of OTC drug products conducted by FDA. It is also being published to comply with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), as amended by the Sunscreen Innovation Act (SIA). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
