인도 화장품 규정 cosmetic rule 2020 와 인도 표준(IS) 파일 모음

인도의 화장품 규정『THE COSMETICS RULES, 2020』은 기존의 『Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945』을 대체하여, 인도의 화장품 수입, 제조, 라벨링, 판매 및 유통과 관련된 규칙을 별도로 규정하기 위해 제정되었습니다.

ㅇ 인도의 화장품 관련 규제 변화를 살펴보면 다음과 같음
- 화장품과 관련된 별도의 법령 제정
- 신청(Form) 양식 변경
- 등록증 유효기간은 기존 3년에서 5년으로 변경
- 등록 갱신비용 변경
- GMP 의무화, 제조사 등록 의무
- 화장품 카테고리 별 등록 비용이 절반으로 인하됨
- New cosmetic(신 화장품)이라는 개됨

□ 화장품 완제품에 대한 인도 표준
- 화장품 완제품에 대한 인도 표준은『THE COSMETICS RULES, 2020(화장품 규정, 2020)』의 『Ninth Schedule-Standards for cosmetics (부록 9-화장품 표준)』에 명시되어 있으며, 완제품 형태의 화장품(제조 또는 수입)은 이 규격에 부합해야 함
